Landlords & letting agents

Plastering and decorating for landlords in Upper Norwood and SE London. One contractor.

When a property is empty, you want the walls put right and the rooms painted without coordinating two trades. Luc is a plasterer and painter decorator based in Upper Norwood, SE19, working on voids across Crystal Palace, Croydon, Streatham and nearby. He does both trades and keeps you updated in plain terms.

Voids and turnovers

Filling marks and holes left by pictures and shelves, repairing damaged plaster, then repainting walls, ceilings and woodwork so the property is ready to show.

Letting agents

Happy to work from agent instructions, collect keys by arrangement and send photos of the finished rooms. Tell Luc how you like to receive quotes.

Plaster and paint, one booking

No gap between a plasterer leaving and a decorator arriving. One person is responsible for the finished surface.

Honest timings

Plaster needs to dry before paint, and every property is different. Luc won’t promise a turnaround he can’t see yet. You’ll get a realistic plan once he has seen the job.

Permission and access

Agree who instructs the work, how keys are collected and returned, and any building rules on hours or shared areas. Tenants need the landlord’s permission first.

What a refresh is not

Plaster and paint make a property look cared for. They do not certify it meets legal or safety requirements, which are separate matters for the landlord and the right professionals.
